BLUE COCONUT PUNCH

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ oz. MONIN coconut fruit puree
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz. blue Curacao
  • 1 ¼ oz. light rum
  • 2 oz. ginger ale
  • ice
  • Glass: 16 oz.
  • Garnish:Cherry, Orange

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except ginger ale.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.
  4. Top with ginger ale and garnish.

Bloody Halloween Tiny

10 ml Blood Orange Syrup

5 ml Gingerbread Syrup

Ingredients

2 dash(es) orange bitter

50 ml vodka

40 ml fresh orange juice

Method

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass

Ingredients

45 ml vodka

Method

Pour ingredients into shooter glass, except last ingredient.

Pour last ingredient gently so it layers on top of the rest.

Serve.

20 ml Almond Syrup

Ingredients

20 ml lime juice

8 ml pineapple juice

40 ml tequila

Method

Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.

Shake vigorously.

Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.

Serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 fl oz citrus vodka
  • 1 fl oz fresh lemon juice
  • 34fl oz  Monin agave lemon nectar
  • ice
  • Glass: 7 oz.
  • Garnish:Lemon, Sugar Rimmer

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
  4. Garnish.

 

DESERT PEAR MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

  • 12fl oz Monin Desert Pear Syrup
  • 1 fl oz Monin Desert Pear Syrup
  • 12fl oz fresh lime juice
  • 12fl oz citrus rum
  • 3 leaf(ves) mint
  • ice
  • club soda
  • Glass: 14 oz.
  • Garnish:Mint Sprig

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into serving glass and add any needed ice.
  4. Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.

BLACKBERRY SPA WATER

INGREDIENTS

  • ice
  • 6 ml Monin Blackberry Concentrated Flavor
  • 8 fl oz still or sparkling water
  • 4 ea. blackberries
  • Glass: 16 oz.
  • Garnish:Blackberries, Mint

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fill serving glass with ice.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir gently and garnish.
